At Thunder Motivation, every product we create is built with intention, tested thoroughly, and delivered with the standard we hold ourselves to. We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from us, which is why we have made our refund policy as clear and fair as possible.

All Sales Are Final on Digital Products

Because all products sold through Thunder Motivation are digital downloads, they are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered to your email address. The nature of digital goods means that once the file has been received, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any completed digital product purchase under standard circumstances.

We encourage every customer to read the product description carefully before purchasing so that you fully understand what you are buying and whether it is the right fit for you.

When We Will Make It Right

We stand behind every product we put our name on. If you did not receive your download link after completing your purchase, if the file arrived corrupt or damaged, or if there was a technical failure on our end that prevented you from accessing what you paid for, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your purchase at the email address listed on our contact page. We will investigate the issue immediately and resolve it either by resending your file or issuing a full refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. We will never leave a genuine problem unaddressed.
